Graded or Factory refurbished covers any new manufactured item that has been technically sold before. This may include units that were never delivered or opened, to items delivered to customers and immediately returned. These returned products are thoroughly checked and re-boxed at the factory.

"Fact Factory refurbished or Graded means high quality, historically we have seen a very low return rate due to the cosmetic and engineering re-test procedures. Obviously by the time these items reach the end user, they have been electronically and cosmetically tested at least twice. The price you pay for a factory-refurbished item is much lower than the recommended retail price. Factory refurbished" units should be as new.
